Daiki Corporation was established in May 1995 as a joint venture between Daiki Industrial, Komatsu America, and Nittetsu Shoji. Production began at the new facility in April 1996. The facility was constructed for ease of future expansion and boasts new state of the art equipment.
The company is capable of producing a wide range of products to meet your needs. we are particularly proud of our pressing, cutting and painting operations. Our 1200- Ton press is capable of pressing dimensions up to 500mm (H) x 1200mm (B) x 2000mm (L). Our three 3D Laser Cutting Machines are among a very small number in operation in the United States and cut up to 4.5mm thickness on a five axis basis. At the heart of our complete paint system is the E-Coat (prime coat) process. This procedure offers unsurpassed rust prevention. Daiki's experienced engineering group and the excellent support from our Japanese stockholders assist all operations. Daiki corporation is capable of providing you with complete service from design to the delivery of a finished, assembled part.
